Ananda Wellness Turns 5

This month, I am overflowing with gratitude as Ananda Wellness celebrates its 5th birthday! Five years of movement, mindfulness, connection, and deep-rooted wellness—none of which would have been possible without YOU. Every student, client, and community member has played a part in this journey, and I am beyond grateful for your kindness, support, and loyalty.

Thank you for being part of this incredible adventure!

Looking back, I realize how much I have grown in unmeasurable ways. This journey has been one of unbecoming to become—shedding layers, stepping into vulnerability, and embracing my true purpose. With your unwavering support, I have watched my dreams come to fruition, and the best years are still ahead!

Over the past five years, I took a bold leap—leaving my career as an accountant to follow my heart and birth Ananda Wellness. From there, the journey has unfolded in the most magical ways, too many to mention in one blog but here are some highlights to celebrate with me:

The heart of my business my Group & Private classes have helped me grow and bring all these dreams to life
Launched my Bliss Online Virtual Studio
Published my first-ever Bliss Guided Journal
Opened my Online Bliss Yoga Shop filled with yoga and wellness goodies to enhance your practice and journey
Held various wonderful transformative events, workshops & retreats, meeting incredible souls along the way
Just this past week, I launched Ananda Wellness Holistic Getaways, a dedicated space to share even more bliss and brand-new getaways and retreat adventures with you all

I have also deepened my teachings, growing into a TRE® Practitioner, Chair Yoga Teacher, Kids Yoga Teacher, Yin & Restorative Yoga Teacher, Pre-Natal Yoga Teacher, Breathwork Instructor, and Sound Healing Practitioner and the journey to keep deepening my knowledge continues! I can’t wait to bring even more fresh, uplifting, and inspiring offerings to my bliss family.

To honour this milestone, our theme for the month is “Hip Hip Hooray!” – a celebration of our hips, movement, and freedom. The hips are a gateway to mobility and emotional release and opening them creates space for happiness to flow freely, ease, vitality, and balance to bring you freedom on and off your yoga mat.
As we celebrate five blissful years together, I invite you to hold close my guiding mantra:
Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu
“May all beings everywhere be happy and free, and may my own thoughts, words, and actions contribute in some way to that happiness and freedom for all.”
This mantra has been at the heart of Ananda Wellness and will continue to light the path forward.
